Q: Where do you ship your products?
A: We ship anywhere in the United States and domestic orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do ship internationally to locations accessible by major carriers. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees apply.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above $50! Under $50 we charge a small shipping rate calculated at checkout. Nothing stands between you and your order. Standard shipping is usually 3-5 business days but we typically try to get it to you as soon as possible with the carriers.
Q: What is the B&B Club?
A: For B&B Club members you will receive loyalty rewards and points that will add up to special perks such as discounts on future purchases and $5 off for referrals. To become a member click the REWARDS button on the bottom of this page!
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes!
Q: Are your supplements and treats natural?
A: Yes, we pride ourselves on creating clean and healthy products for your pets that are made from natural ingredients that benefit your pets health. With so many natural and clean products on the market for humans we wanted to ensure there is an affordable market for your pets to have the best ingredients with health benefits!
Q: How can I change my shipping address?
A: If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email help@biscuitandballs.com.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes, if we're able to catch it in time, we can update your order! As soon as possible, please reach out to help@biscuitandballs.com.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification which will provide your order details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provides tracking info once your order ships. If you still have questions, reach out to help@biscuitandballs.com.
Q: What payment method does Biscuit and Balls accept?
A: Biscuit and Balls accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and all other major debit and credit cards to include digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). We unfortunately do not accept traveler's checks.
